Participation Fees

Package

A. PARTICIPATING MUSICIAN (Tuition)                                                                                                                          8,500 Euro 

B. PARTICIPATING MUSICIAN (Travel, Lodging, and Tourist Program)                                                                       4,500 Euro 

C. Accompanying family members (Parents or Sibling) up to 3 persons                                                                     All Inclusive

Package A:

  1. Two public concerts as soloist with the orchestra and the conductor in Vienna with final concert in the BRAHMS HALL at Musikverein 

  2. Six times playing with the symphony orchestra: a. 2 rehearsals, 2 dress rehearsals, 2 concerts 

  3. Feedback and analysis on rehearsal video by professors and conductor 

  4. Four 1-on-1 master classes of 30 minutes each with professors from the world-famous Vienna University of Music “MDW” and "MUK" 

  5. Individual practice rooms with piano, each day 1 hour 

  6. Professional video recording with three cameras of the first concert 

  7. Professional photos in Vienna, individual and group 

  8. Video for PRIVATE USE of the complete concert at Musikverein Vienna, taken with three cameras from the audience (no individual cutting) 

  9. Poster of the concerts 

  10. Printed program of the concerts 

  11. Certificate 

Package B:

  1. Joining all parts of the music program of the participant musician: rehearsals, lessons, concerts 

  2. Joining all tourist program in Vienna: Mozart Living House, Horse Carriage Ride, House of Music, Belvedere “The kiss”, and many more. 

  3. Special Danube excursion by bus & ship: a. Melk monastery, Dürnstein village, Grinzing wine restaurant etc. (Group Accidental insurance included for this trip) 

  4. Visa invitation – if needed 

Package B, C, D
includes:

  1. 4-Star Hotel in Vienna including breakfast, at walking distance from the practice hall MusikQuartier and rehearsal hall 

  2. Welcome dinner, Celebration dinner after first concert, Celebration dinner after final concert at Musikverein, and final commencement dinner on July 6, 2025. 

NOT
INCLUDED:

  1. Transfer from or to the airport at arrival to or departure from Vienna 

  2. Lunch due to individual schedule on practice days in Vienna 

  3. Individual video recording of the final concert for publication purpose with individual editing 

  4. Individual health insurance 

  5. Any special wish not included in the program or schedule 

Options
with additional
fees:

  1. Publishing/photo right for BRAHMS HALL (600 Euro each student, for min. 10 students) 

  2. Ticket to the Vienna State Opera or ticket to Musikverein Great Golden Hall concerts
